All transactions, including the transfer of funds and the delivery of puppies, are solely between the buyer and the breeder. Pawfect Pound Puppies is not responsible for any issues arising from these transactions, including but not limited to:
- Misrepresentation of puppies or breeders
- Financial disputes
- Health issues with the puppy post-purchase
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawfect Pound Puppies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from any transaction or interaction with breeders listed on our site.
